DIRECTIVE 2008/96 / EC ON THE SAFETY OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE, PROGRAM TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION OF PERSONNEL

ABSTRACT: Increasing traffic safety on the roads can be greatly facilitate the implementation of preventive methods to prevent the occurrence of accidents and the establishment of appropriate procedures defined by the EU Directive 2008/96 / EC. Estimates of Road Traffic Safety should indicate the security aspect of the various alternatives of an infrastructure project. Control of security roads can be detailed to determine unsafe features of road infrastructure.

Training and certification of personnel carrying out appropriate educational programs and courses for the acquisition of qualifications is necessary for the renewal, amendment and update the knowledge of people who have carried out the procedures defined in accordance with Directive 2008/96 / EC.

 

SAŽETAK: Povećanje sigurnosti saobraćaja na cestama uveliko se može pospješiti sprovođenjem preventivnih metoda sprječavanja nastanka saobraćajnih nezgoda i uspostavljanjem odgovarajućih postupaka definisanim EU direktivom 2008/96/EC. Procjene sigurnosti cestovnog saobraćaja trebale bi ukazati na sigurnosni aspekt raznih varijantnih rješenja nekog infrastrukturnog projekta. Kontrolom sigurnosti ceste mogu se detaljno ustvrditi nesigurni elementi cestovne infrastrukture.

Obučavanje i certificiranje osoblja provedbom odgovarajućih obrazovnih programa i tečajeva za stjecanje kvalifikacija je potrebno radi obnavljanja, dopune i ažuriranja znanja osoba koje trebaju sprovesti definisane postupke u skladu sa direktivom 2008/96/EC.
